I got reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn about a year ago for a temporary role with a big client in Racine, coordinating recruiting through Novo. As a recent grad, I was interested. But the experience was a letdown. I had SIX interviews for this temporary job that was only supposed to last six months. Novo said there was a chance it could become permanent, and they said great things about me in the interviews, even saying they had no negative feedback. But after almost two months, they passed on me for someone with more experience. I get the decision, but it was wild to go through so much for a 'no' and feel led on. It seemed like Novo and the client weren't communicating well, which is probably why there were so many interviews. They also said after the fact that the client liked me and might find me another job, but I never heard back after following up. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't trust Novo for job placements again.

I was contacted by the company. I ended up speaking with about seven or eight people in separate chats. It was easy to talk to everyone, and they seemed really excited about the company culture.

Behavioral Other

The interview process lasted about a month, and it was mostly conducted over the phone. The interviewers were really nice and good at making me talk, especially if I was feeling shy. They helped fill in any awkward silences and made me feel comfortable, like I was just chatting with a friend rather than being interviewed for a job. There were job-related questions, but the conversation flowed naturally, without short, choppy questions.

Behavioral Technical

I was reached out to by HR quickly. I did several phone interviews for the job that were all very professional. However, I think the company needs to reconsider calling this an 'entry-level' role with no experience required for some tasks. This is because I wasn't chosen due to a lack of experience in a particular area. The job description was quite misleading. I'm not very happy with how things turned out.
