I had a phone interview because I applied from out of state. The call started much later than scheduled, and the HR person I spoke with was really monotone. She asked me questions that I don't think she knew the answers to. Even though it was an entry-level job meant for recent grads, the questions were for people with years of experience. I had already met two project managers and another project engineer and got along well with them. I feel like if I had interviewed with one of them, it would have gone way smoother. Also, I had to chase the HR rep down multiple times and even had to call a project manager to get her to reply, which I found really unprofessional. Because of how disorganized this interview was, I don't plan on reapplying or working for NOVO.

The interview process felt pretty standard and relaxed. They seemed really interested in whether I'd be a good fit for their culture. The first interview was online, and the second one was in person at their office. They even took me to one of their active construction sites.
