Had a phone interview with someone from the temp agency, they just wanted to confirm the job requirements and pay details. They asked me why I left my past jobs and what makes me a good candidate. We also discussed the company benefits in a general way, and then went over the training process and what's needed to meet the SLAs.

I submitted my application and resume online, and then HR contacted me. They emailed me an online test, which was mainly comprehension and a quick typing test. The HR rep called the next day to set up an interview, saying I did really well on the tests. Scheduling the interview was difficult because the time slots were inflexible, which was a hassle since I'm currently working full-time. I didn't like the vibe when I went for the interview. The questions focused too much on why I left my last jobs instead of skills or experience. They asked a couple of specific questions about client/customer scenarios. I considered withdrawing before they even followed up, but didn't bother because I figured they'd already decided before interviewing me. The pay wasn't great anyway, so I was relieved not to get an offer. I checked reviews too, and it didn't sound promising.

This was a terrible interview and hiring process. They started with a call line that cut out three times during my interview. The interviewer also seemed to be reading questions off a list and hesitated. I got a contingent offer after a background check that confirmed my resume and employment details. However, they said the background check came back with my degree listed (which was the same as what I provided) and it needed more review. I never heard back and was left in the dark. They also require two references to verify your residential history for the last five years. Save your time and avoid this company.

First I sent in my application and the very next day I got a call for a phone interview. After that, I was scheduled for a face-to-face interview that was two days later. The face-to-face involved meeting with two supervisors. One supervisor was very pleasant, but the other seemed uninterested in what I was saying. Unfortunately, the supervisor I connected with wasn't hiring for their department. The hiring department was managed by someone I've nicknamed Cruella Deville, so I didn't have high hopes for a callback after leaving.
