The interview process was boring and lengthy. I was made to wait for a couple of hours doing nothing. There was no respect for others' time and efforts. I would suggest not to look for job options at Novinium, as there is no work culture or ethics. You just need to impress management by any means and you will succeed.

I applied and then got a call from a recruiter. This recruiter seemed more interested in my personal life than my professional background. It felt like they were just reading from a script and didn't really get the technical aspects of the job. They appeared to be in a hurry to fill positions rather than finding skilled candidates. I also overheard them discussing another employee's resignation, which made me realize this wasn't the right place for me.

I submitted my resume online and got a call about a week later for a preliminary interview, which went well. Then, I was invited to come in and meet the manager I'd be working with. They told me to go to the lobby and call upstairs upon arrival. I reached a voicemail, so I went upstairs and found a meeting in progress. They directed me back downstairs. My second call also went to voicemail. Eventually, someone came down and escorted me to the office. The office itself felt like it was from the 1970s – old and quite depressing, to be honest. I didn't feel a connection with the manager during the meeting; he mostly just stared and didn't ask many questions, indicating a lack of interest. Given my 30 years of experience, my background wasn't the issue, perhaps he preferred someone younger. I got a generic rejection email that Friday, which was the end of it. Frankly, I wasn't keen on working there myself.

The interview process was great. I got a call from the recruiter and they scheduled multiple interviews with various people. I came in for that interview and met with 3 different people. Was supposed to be four, but one couldn't make it. Those meetings were a one on one. Which made me feel comfortable, because a panel setting is pretty nerve racking.
