I had a phone interview first, which was quick and pleasant. Then, I had an in-person interview where I met the hiring manager and some colleagues. It was a good experience and helped me understand the company and department vibe. Everyone was happy to answer my questions, even the receptionist was helpful. Overall, it was a really nice experience.

I interviewed with a large group, in segments of 3-4 people at a time. The questions were canned and felt pretty pointless. The group seemed to be looking for a very specific type of person rather than assessing skills. The questions felt like they were set up to make you fail instead of showing your talents. I was uncomfortable the whole two hours. The recruiter didn't call after the interview, and for a week nobody could give me a clear answer. I finally reached out to the department manager, who must have forwarded my message, and then I got a call saying it was 'so close' but I didn't get chosen. Recruiters are great at first and then just stop responding. This was my second time interviewing with this company, and I will never apply again. The culture is really stiff and weird. A very, very disappointing experience.

I met with a director and a VP for my face-to-face interview. After that, the recruiter called me with a verbal offer, and all negotiation was done through the recruiter.
