The interview process included a technical round (face-to-face) and an HR round. There were 2 rounds in total. I haven't received an offer or any feedback yet. The company doesn't cover travel expenses for the face-to-face interview. There's been no response from the HR team regarding follow-ups, which points to a poor HR team culture.

Had a quick 30-minute Teams meeting. We talked about the job opening and my current job. They also looked at my resume. Then we got into more details about what the job involves, the working hours, and the specific plants involved. It was a pretty relaxed chat with the hiring manager.

I had to go for the final round twice, once in 2018 and again in 2021. Both times, I successfully completed the first round. In 2018, they told me I was selected, but then there was no follow-up. In 2021, after my final interview, they mentioned they wanted to see more candidates and never gave me any feedback. As a candidate, I invest time and effort in interviews. I'm not asking to be hired just because I interviewed, but I do want genuine feedback to help me improve.

I submitted my application directly via LinkedIn, which was very straightforward. Just two days later, a very enthusiastic employee called me and scheduled an interview. During the interview, I had the chance to meet the potential team (and they met me too!). After the very informative first conversation, the second interview took place a few weeks later. The second interview was also conducted in a very appreciative manner. I received feedback just a few days after that.
