First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Novarad.
Engineer
Applied online. Had an initial chat with HR folks, which was great. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager and got an offer right away. I accepted, finished onboarding, and now I'm ready to get started.
- Can you discuss your previous experience and how it relates to the requirements of this position?
ML/AI Intern
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I had a relaxed phone screening, and then just one main interview. They chatted about their ongoing projects, asked about my background, and threw in some technical questions related to machine learning.
- Can you walk me through how you would train a model?
- What could the output of this model indicate?
- Could you explain why the model's output was unexpected?
Sales Representative
You interview with all the dept heads in a half-day process. Most of them don't seem to care and just want to get back to work. There's no organization or structure to it. If you make it this far, the job is yours if you want it.
- Can you describe your sales history over the past 6 years?
- Do you have references you can provide?
- What's your background working in hospitals?
Technical Support Engineer
Applied for the job and got an invite to schedule an interview via their calendar. It was supposed to be an online interview (Microsoft Teams), but the interviewer never showed up. Reached out via email, but was ghosted.
