Got a very good interview preparation, including a mock interview from experienced BAs who worked for another agency of the State of Georgia. They asked me a lot of questions about my skills, my understanding of the job description and client project, and their expectations.

The process was a clear and reasonable reversible exchange with HR. The HR person was receptive to questions and on par. A bit slow, but appreciated. Then an interview with 3 members of the hierarchy. The interview often starts with the very important question 'Tell me about yourself'. Often used to break the ice, this question is so vague that any answer is suitable. Or almost. When you answer, don't forget that you are being asked who you are from a professional, not personal, point of view. So focus mainly on your studies and the positions you have held, and leave personal details aside for now. They will be explored by other questions! And to be sure not to forget anything fundamental, follow these 3 key points: Start with a general presentation of your personality - from a professional point of view, Highlight your fundamental professional experiences, Finish with the reason why you are interviewing for this position.
