the interview went well and I was asked two questions about how I would handle doctors and nurses during the go-live period. After that, I sent in my references the same day, but it's been two weeks and I haven't heard back yet, even though they said they'd respond within two weeks.

Behavioral Technical Group

I had a panel interview with 3 other people. They asked situational questions, even though the job description mentioned machine learning, CS background, and Power BI, but they apparently just needed someone to maintain an Excel file. It's a nonsense job description. The interviewers were non-technical idiots who knew nothing about BI or data analysis. The pay was also low.
