This company treats people terribly. I have 10 years of sales experience, including presidents club and sales awards, and always have good references. They make it seem hard to get a job, but it's not. They don't invest in hiring, it's just a Skype interview, no drug test, no background check, and you don't even meet current employees. They offer a big salary to lure you in, but anyone sensible wouldn't put up with their treatment of people. My graduation from a Christian college was their reason for hesitating to hire me, which shows how unethical they are. I was hired, and on day two, someone warned me about their bad treatment and using your leads before firing you. I didn't believe it and told my recruiter, Jason Willis, who will say anything to get you to take the job, even lie. The VP of sales, Bruce, said this wouldn't happen. A week later, after 15 appointments and two sales, my manager told me on a Friday in week three that I was terminated. When I asked why, he said to call HR. HR claimed I didn't meet expectations but wouldn't explain why. I'm filing a discrimination case.

You'll start with a phone chat with the recruiter. Then, you'll have a 1:1 with the VP of development and sales. Before that, you gotta fill out a big application form and bring it with you. You also need to send your resume to Nova through email. The 1:1 is only 30 minutes long. Nova will bring people in all at once to interview them. The management at Nova Medical Center really has that car salesman vibe. They want "car salesman" type workers who are results-only or out, and they'll micromanage you 9-5. It's low pay with commissions, benefits, and 9-to-5 hours, no overtime.
