Partnership Manager
So basically I had a phone screen with a recruiter first. After that, I had an interview with the regional manager. This round involved a mock sales call with a physician. I didn't get the job after the second interview, but honestly, everyone there is really nice and easy to talk to. They really seem to value a positive work culture, people who work hard, and being aligned with their mission. I do think that if you don't have past experience with quotas and metrics that show you've absolutely crushed them, you probably won't be seriously considered for this role.

Influencer Marketing Coordinator
The initial phone call with the recruiter was quite awkward and made me feel uncomfortable. The recruiter's demeanor felt noticeably distant from the start, creating a tense atmosphere that went beyond typical interview jitters. I haven't experienced a preliminary phone screening like this before. Typically, there's a structured approach: an overview of the company, standard interview questions, and then time for my questions. However, this conversation felt disjointed and disorganized, coming across as unprofessional, to the extent that I questioned if they were genuinely interested in hiring anyone. Given it's a startup, I'd suggest they re-evaluate how their recruitment process aligns with their company culture and values. It soon became apparent that the recruiter expected me to ask follow-up questions after almost every statement she made. The frequent and awkward silences made it hard to stay focused or express myself naturally, leaving me scrambling to fill the void for most of the call. A lot of what she discussed wasn't really relevant to the actual job. Overall, it was an unpleasant interaction and created a very negative impression of the company's hiring process.

Provider Onboarding Associate
I was contacted on LinkedIn and via email. They mentioned they liked my resume and wanted to see if I was interested in the position. After applying, I had an initial 20-minute Zoom interview. It wasn't very personal and mostly focused on numbers and volume, making me feel like the role would lead to quick burnout. The interviewer seemed distracted and not fully present during part of the meeting, like they were just checking off a list. It felt one-sided and gave me a bad first impression of the company. The process ended after this first meeting because they wanted someone more aligned with the role, even though my experience is a direct match. My advice would be to change the initial interview to make it a better experience.
- What is the maximum number of providers you have onboarded in a single week?
Provider Partnership Manager
Recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn. I wasn't really looking but they thought I was a perfect fit for the role and the company's mission sounded interesting. Interviewed with the recruiter and the hiring manager and got great feedback; both were super enthusiastic. The manager even said, 'I hope you end up in the role.' I did this project that took over 3 hours, outlining my vision for the company and its marketing/sales. The final interview with the VP of Sales went okay, but the vibe was different. After 4-5 days (and me following up), I got an email saying I didn't get the job. I heard similar stories from others I know who applied for the same role – they were all very qualified. Clearly, I regret doing that free work.
