Validation Engineer
Applied for the job via a recruiter at a big pharma company. The interviewer hit me with a lot of technical questions about R&D, but I didn't have the experience or knowledge since I'm a fresh grad, so I couldn't answer what they were looking for. It's totally understandable they asked those questions. On the flip side, the recruiter was a bit of a letdown; they acted supportive but it was clear they were just in it for the commission. They mentioned the salary range and then asked if my expected salary was negotiable, even though I'd already asked for less than average.
- Could you describe the product design process for a client?
Software Engineer
It was for a software developer role at Microsoft. Started with an online coding assessment with 2 DSA questions on DP. Then had 2 technical interviews, one with a DSA coding question on DP and another asking about projects and CS fundamentals. Finished with an HR interview that covered behavioral questions and tested communication skills.

Data Entry Specialist
The interview was tough and really made me show what I know, especially with the technical and problem-solving parts. It was hard but felt fair, and the interviewers were pretty clear about what they wanted.

Performance Engineer
So, after the last chat, I got invited for another interview, this time in person, which feels good. The first part mostly involved questions about my resume, and honestly, they were pretty easy to answer, like they were looking for exactly what I've done. They asked about specific experiences and skills I have. It was a chance to show how my past work fits this job. Now I'm getting ready for the next round, trying to learn more about the company's goals and what they expect, so I can explain how I can help them out.
- What do you do outside of work?
