& Process

It was a friendly, yet intense, interview experience. I met with four people all at once. They were very thorough and specific about what they were looking for, making sure I was the right fit. I left feeling confident about the session.

I was interviewed by the director of the lab. He asked me some science and instrumentation questions, and I also had to complete a quiz. After that, the laboratory manager interviewed me.

The interview process started with a phone interview by a screener, then another phone interview with the hiring manager, and concluded with an in-person interview. I didn't get a good vibe from the place or the attitudes of the employees during the interviews. Some people who were supposed to be there didn't show up, which made it seem poorly organized. They verbally mentioned extending an offer, but it never materialized. Honestly, it wouldn't have mattered much since I probably would have turned it down anyway.

The interview process was really chill and friendly. The manager seemed cool and everything went smoothly. The company seems like a good place. The HR team was also nice. Overall, my experience at Nostrum was super cool and good.
