First, I had to send in my cover letter, resume, and fill out an online application. Then, I took a personality test and sent in a video of myself climbing. After that, I had a phone interview. This was followed by a two-week working interview in CA, where they covered flights for my wife and me. The whole thing wrapped up with a final panel interview.
