Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Northwest Clinical Research Center.
Patient Recruiter
You'll meet with a couple of people at a time in a conference room. They'll ask some questions, probably ones you've heard before. You'll also get to ask them questions. This interview is pretty much yours to mess up. If they like you, they'll hire you right then and there.
- How well can you multitask?
Psychologist
It was very open, I got a tour and met lots of people. The owner asked very few questions. Then I was asked to sit in a room and staff came in. They asked some questions, but I had to lead the interview, asking them about how things worked and telling them about my skills. It felt a bit like a Rorschach test.
- Why are you interested in this position?
Clinical Research Coordinator
I was kept waiting for about 20 minutes. The owner eventually came to get me and was not friendly. The employees were very unorganized and hectic, and basically told me to 'stay clear'. Normally, everyone gets a tour of the facility and then the job is offered.
