AML/BSA Investigator
The HR call was very chill and upbeat. Leadership interview was not too warm though, there were two interviewers, one was nice and the other seemed to be distracted. I followed up with HR but they never got back to me. I waited three weeks and realized I didn't get the job. I know I'm not the best at interviews, I get nervous and awkward, but I'm super qualified for the role with my experience, credentials, and education. It should be an easy decision to give a rejection letter to applicants. Ghosting is unprofessional, and so was one of the managers. I felt bad about myself at first, but then I realized it's their loss, not mine, and I'm glad I didn't end up working for this bank. If this happens to you, remember it's them, not you, and move on happily.

Applications Developer
I applied on their site and a few days later got an email to schedule a phone interview, which was unexpected since I thought there'd be a screening first. They really want to get these done fast, so if you can do it tomorrow, they'll probably schedule it for tomorrow. It was on Teams but just audio, so like a phone call. I talked to a development manager who really seemed to know his stuff. He asked me about my college courses and what I learned, and then technical questions based on my answers. He said if I didn't know something, I should think of it as homework. I don't have C# experience, but he said it's fine as long as I'm willing to learn. It was supposed to be an hour, but it only took 40 minutes. At the end, we set up an in-person interview since I live nearby. It was with the same guy, and we mostly just continued talking from the phone interview. We also talked about how I'd build some systems. He asked about my resume too. He was on his laptop a lot. This one was scheduled for an hour and took the whole time. In the phone call, they mentioned maybe meeting people, but that didn't happen. Weirdly, no behavioral questions at all. I interviewed on a Wednesday and they said I'd hear back by Monday, but it took almost 3 weeks. My status stayed 'Being Reviewed' until the rejection email, then it changed to 'Closed'. I asked if I'd consider a Sharepoint Developer role and said yes, but still no word. They acted like I'd get the job and would get used to it after a few months of learning C#.

Teller
The interview and hiring process was straightforward. After applying, I received a callback within one to two weeks. I then proceeded to an interview with the branch manager at the location where I applied. The manager was very approachable and easy to converse with. The only drawback was that after accepting the offer, I was required to attend a week-long teller training in Warren, PA, which involved a significant commute. However, the company provided hotel accommodation if necessary and covered mileage reimbursement.

Management Trainee
The process started with a secretary calling to set up the interview. Due to the regional director's availability, there were several reschedules. The interviewer reviewed my resume, asking for more details about my high school experience since it wasn't on there, only my college. We then discussed my past job experiences. I was asked about tasks I disliked in previous roles and if I understood the bank's operations. Finally, I asked questions about the company, and the interview concluded.
