I talked with the Executive Vice President and they asked me about my family. It felt a bit out of place for a job interview, maybe they could have asked about my willingness to travel or my availability instead.

The interview started fine with the manager and HR. Then the VP came in and started mocking my current company, intentionally mispronouncing its name, questioning its success, and claiming no one has heard of it despite me providing stats. They even insulted the founders. It felt like the VP just wanted to make fun of my workplace rather than learn about me. The manager stayed quiet, probably accustomed to this behavior. The interview wrapped up soon after the VP left for another call. I never heard back, but I wouldn't have accepted an offer anyway. It was ridiculous.

The HR person was very impolite. During the mobile interview, before I could ask any questions, she kept saying, "Please look for "your" supervisor." I'm not even employed by the company yet, so why would it be "my" supervisor? She then gave me a contact number and told me to call that person to arrange an interview and ask any questions. If I didn't reply, she would ask, "Did you see my message?" She was very impolite.

I sent in my application online. About one to two weeks after that, the HR manager got in touch via email to schedule a phone interview. I ended up talking with two people who work in the marketing department over the phone. Following that, they invited me for an in-person interview. The interview questions were pretty laid-back; it felt more like a chat about the work they do rather than a grilling. I turned down the offer due to the low pay ($10/hr.), which was actually less than what I was making at my current job. The team seemed really great though, and I would have liked to work with them.
