It took the recruiter some time to set up the first interview. After that, I proceeded to interviews with the hiring manager. During the interview with the hiring manager, I was told that I lacked sufficient fundraising experience.

I interviewed with Northside and was offered a job on the spot. I was told the onboarding/hiring process took 30 days to complete. About 1.5 months later, I was still in the hiring process (completing tax paperwork, fingerprinting, etc.) and had NOT received an official offer letter. About 2 weeks before my agreed upon start date, I was informed that I would not be receiving an offer letter after all as they had determined I was not a "good fit". My attempts to receive further explanation went unanswered.

Had 3 video interviews, the process was seamless. Their rep followed up within a week after each interview. Downside, they don't have an HR department and don't seem to know what they are looking for as this search for this role has been ongoing for two months. Complete waste of my time, would not be applying to this organization again. They have not filled this role.

I had 3 interviews with HR, the Director, and a member of the Board. All went well, but there were weeks in between interviews, and I often had to reach out to them for updates and follow-ups because the interviewers had busy schedules.
