I had a phone interview. The questions were pretty short and basically checked if I'd fit with the job duties and what they expect. They asked about my strengths, how they connect to the job, and why I think I'd be a good addition to the team. A main thing they asked about was what kind of work vibe and team setup I do best in - like if I like working with others, doing stuff on my own, or a bit of both. It felt more like a quick vibe check than a serious technical skills test.

It was a quick and simple interview. I met one-on-one with the Procurement manager. We reviewed the job description and then discussed my qualifications and experience. Although I lacked direct Procurement experience, my background in accounting and logistics proved very helpful.
