They had an assessment centre for this, but it seemed like there were too many people for the few roles they had. The whole group exercise was a bit of a mess and they weren't clear on what you were assessed on. They took almost a month to get back to candidates, which is ridiculous. They sent an automated email to candidates who weren't getting an offer and the feedback wasn't even a reflection of how I thought the assessment centre went.

The hiring process was pretty smooth and easy. It was a bit of a hybrid setup. A recruiter contacted me after I applied and asked some basic questions for about 10 minutes. Then, I got an interview. Interestingly, the hiring manager I'd actually work with didn't interview me. Instead, an assigned hiring manager from another state interviewed me over video, which was quite comfortable. They asked around 25 quick, one-liner questions directly related to the role, mainly to confirm my experience and let me expand on each. After the questions, we just had a normal chat where I got to ask about 5-7 questions about the job and company. It wrapped up in about an hour. He mentioned I had all the qualifications and that they'd consider where I'd fit best among their open project manager roles, and I should hear back from the recruiter/HR in about 2 weeks. I got an offer for the exact job I interviewed for two days later, was considered 'hired' a week after that, and started a month later.
