Behavioral Group Presentation

It started with a virtual panel interview over Teams, and then there was an in-person panel interview on-site. Typically, you'd meet with peers and an HR representative who would ask questions like "how do you handle difficult people, poor behavior etc.". They use a script for round-robin behavioral questions so everyone applying gets asked the same things.

Behavioral

I submitted my application online via the company's website. About two weeks later, a recruiter reached out to schedule interviews with two different departments. The interview process was pretty straightforward. It included one panel interview where I was asked standard behavioral questions. These questions were designed to assess my leadership experience and how I've worked in team settings. I received a job offer two weeks after completing my interview.
