The overall interview process was pretty easy. They didn’t even have their camera on. They just asked about me and then asked questions on my resume, with time at the end to ask questions and talk about what they do.

So first I had a call with the recruiter. Then after that, I had a group interview, which was with the hiring manager and like 3 technical engineers. They started with the tell me about yourself question, and then asked questions about my background, and then some technical and experience based questions

The hiring process with NG was much quicker and less stressful compared to other companies. The manager I spoke with was great. They asked the typical HR questions but then really connected my experiences to their own work. They were upfront about my standing and answered everything I asked. They even gave me their contact info and offered ongoing support even if I didn't get the job. I got the offer in just three business days.
