The Hiring Manager and Staff were super friendly and accommodating, which was a good sign about the culture and work environment. But, after 7 long weeks and several phone and in-person interviews, including a four-hour session, I never got a response back. I followed up twice, but still nothing. I get that they might have found someone else, but it would be professional courtesy to at least let me know, especially since I went so far in the process and put in so many hours.
