After I applied, I got an email from the recruiter about the Services Coordinator role in Milpitas. She asked about my availability for a phone call and I was able to make it work with the time she suggested. But, the recruiter never showed up for the call and didn't respond to any messages after that. Looking at Glassdoor, it seems like the internal structure has really gone downhill, and this experience just shows it.

First, I had a recruiter screen, then an online meeting with the hiring manager. After that, I met with some team members. There was another meeting with the customers hiring manager. The whole process took about 3 weeks. Everyone was really nice and professional, and I was feeling pretty good about it, but then the recruiter just ghosted me, even when I followed up a few weeks later.

The interview process started with a telephone interview. This was followed by a face-to-face meeting with a former director and a current member of the UK leadership team. Then, there were two video conference interviews with US-based staff who were knowledgeable and courteous. However, the UK interviewer seemed rushed and unprepared, and possibly had already made up their mind. I got the impression the organization was in a period of change and uncertainty, which didn't appeal to me. I also heard that two senior staff members left soon after. I was offered an office tour but declined as I had already decided. I think they had too, as I didn't hear back about their decision, which isn't great recruitment practice.

It was a friendly interview with an in-depth but not intimidating discussion. The remote part with the USA had some tech issues, which was a bit difficult. The tour of the building was quite interesting though.
