General Manager
I sent in my resume and then got an email asking me to do an employment survey, which also had questions about salary and my fit for the role. These were good questions that made me think. After that, I got another email for a video interview. The HR Director was really nice and made me feel comfortable. She was professional and gave me lots of info and time to ask my own questions. She also said I could follow up with more questions. She's very approachable. The process isn't finished yet, I'm still waiting and hoping for an offer.

Human Resources Generalist
Applied online and received an email the next day to set up a video interview. Communication was poor regarding confirmation. After a lot of follow-up, there was a video interview, followed by a second round with the CEO and an in-house legal counsel. I was told I'd hear about next steps the following Monday but never did; I was ghosted. Communication was very poor, especially for reaching the final rounds. No rejection or follow-up was ever received. The experience was negative; candidates are treated poorly and the interview process lacks communication, which is a poor reflection of the culture. I was told during the interview there's a lot of turnover, and I can see why.
- Tell me about your problem-solving skills.
Project Manager
It was an average interview, I came prepared and was not caught off guard. There was an initial virtual interview, followed up by an in person interview. The need was immediate, so I had a written offer within 24 hours.
- Why would you be a good fit for the role?
Operations Manager
5 interviews happened. Some were really awkward since multiple upper management people have terrible social skills. They struggle to articulate expectations because they themselves are unsure.
- Can you share your experience?
