I applied online and it took about a month or so to hear back from them. They called me to set up an interview at one of their markets the following week. You tell one of the employees that you have an interview scheduled and they'll take you to the manager who will then escort you upstairs into the offices. Everyone was very kind. The process is simple and straightforward. I didn't get an offer because it was my first interview so I was quite nervous. It kind of sucks that the interviewer was trying not to laugh during the interview, but I can't really blame her.

The interview process for this sales role was quite unprofessional, particularly with the category directors in the grocery department. I was informed that I would need to pay a significant amount of cash directly to them, rather than to the company, in order to get products sold in their area. It makes you wonder what kind of directors are running things here. The owners really should be evaluating and paying more attention to what's happening.
