It started with a phone chat with the hiring manager. Then, there was a proper in-person interview with the hiring manager and another manager. The questions weren't super hard.
- What do you think is the most crucial part of this product?
Second Line Support
It was a well thought out and relaxed process, they asked standard questions without the pressure of testing. They were looking for skills, rather than someone who could pass pressured tests. Seemed like a good team of players to work with. It started off very informally.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
Software Engineer
It was a 2-day interview process for a fresher position with five rounds. The first round was a group discussion (2 mins per person). Next, a 60-min written test. Then, a 30-min technical round, followed by a 30-min chat with the hiring manager. Finally, a 20-min HR round. Overall, it was a great learning experience.
