It was a well thought out and relaxed process, they asked standard questions without the pressure of testing. They were looking for skills, rather than someone who could pass pressured tests. Seemed like a good team of players to work with. It started off very informally.

It was a 2-day interview process for a fresher position with five rounds. The first round was a group discussion (2 mins per person). Next, a 60-min written test.
