After they looked at my resume, the managing editor scheduled an interview. I met with her and another editor in person. We talked about my previous work experience, what I want to do in the future, and my interest in working there. I was emailed to set up an interview with the Fashion & Beauty editor. Then, I had a basic behavioral interview. After that, I was set up for an in-person interview with the Managing Editor. They asked basic behavioral questions, and it felt more like a chat about the magazine. I also had to do a multi-page editing test.
