Manager
Got contacted fast at first, but then comms was bad. Had to chase them for updates after each round since they didn't stick to the timeline (2 rounds took 4 weeks). They decided to re-org mid-process, so it was uncertain if the role would even exist. These things happen, but it's a red flag. Was excited about the job, though.

IT Support
The hiring process was super smooth and straightforward, which was great for understanding what the job really entails. The managers were really good at figuring out who had the right skills and experience, much better than most places I've seen.

Marketing
The interview process involved Zoom calls with standard interview questions. They were easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. It was a good discussion and the people were friendly and professional. It seems like a great place to work.

Store Manager
The corporate HR business partner did the initial phone chat: they asked behavioral questions, talked about pay, and wanted me to have some questions ready. Then, the store manager interviewed me in person. It was more about personality, pay, and super casual. Lastly, the regional sales manager interviewed me in person. They asked about managing people, wanted me to have questions ready, and confirmed the pay discussion.
