The interview process started with a 30 minute HR screen, followed by a 45 minute phone call, and then a 60 minute in person interview on site. There were no follow ups at all even though I reached out to the Head of Recruiting multiple times. I felt ghosted, and I definitely do not recommend wasting your time here because they don’t value your time at all.

HR reached out by phone to schedule an interview, asking for my availability and then said I'd get a call or email back. A day or two before the interview, I got an email with the details. The interview itself was at the bank building. I met with a couple of managers who were on the list from the email. We talked for about 45 minutes about company culture, career growth, my skills, and my abilities. It was good to see the workspace and get a feel for the environment. About a month later, I was called in for a second interview with three managers from different teams that had openings. They asked similar questions about what I wanted from the company, what I could contribute, and areas for improvement. I showed them examples of my past work and talked about specific product situations. I got hired within a week.

I applied by directly emailing my resume to HR and got a response in under a week. I had a pre-interview with Arianna and then with the branch manager. The manager seemed really open and supportive. HR handled the salary negotiations, but another company offered a higher salary.

I did an initial phone interview, it was pretty straightforward. They asked about my availability and experience. After that, my application was sent to the Centre’s manager, who wanted to interview me. The in-person interview was really smooth and not intimidating at all.
