HR Assistant
Started with a phone chat with a recruiter, then had an in-person panel interview where I met most of the HR team. After that, I had a final chat with the HR Director before they made their decision.

Registered Nurse
I had a phone interview, and then a panel interview where I met with several clinical managers from different hospital units. We had a roundtable discussion, and they asked questions. Some questions were general, like they were from a script, but others were really specific to particular hospital areas, like the ER or the ICU.

- Can you share an example of how you've managed conflict?
- How do you prefer to learn new things?
Staff Nurse
I had an initial interview with the supervisor, then right after that, a staff interview with charge nurses, educators, and staff nurses. They all asked me questions from a 3-page printed sheet. It was the most intense interview I've been through.

Clinical Informaticist
The interview process at NAH was pretty straightforward. First, there was an HR screening call. Then, the Hiring Manager interviewed me a week or two later. After that, there was a group interview about another week or two after. The Hiring Manager then called me back with an offer, and HR confirmed the offer.
