Submitted my resume online and then got an email from HR to schedule an interview. The first step was an initial screening with a different HR person, but they didn't know much about the job details. After that, I met with two Community Relations managers for an hour.

Behavioral

This company uses a "behavior based" interview process. They let you know that the interview is this type beforehand. Even though these type or not really "difficult", I found it difficult for me. Sometimes I was wondering if they were looking at my answers to be just work related or did they want them to be life related. Whatever the case, I was up against about 12 others.

First I got an email to schedule a day for a skills test. I signed up and went in. Then, they told me it was broken down into a Typing Test. If I passed that, then a Customer Service Rep Test. If I passed that, a brief 1:1 pre-interview. Then, waiting, and someone called to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview, a face-to-face interview with two managers at the end of their day. After that, they had me sit with a Customer Service Rep to listen to calls. But they left for the day and I was left with the rep, who walked me out. Then, a brief email saying they weren't interested. Very frustrating for an entry-level job.

Behavioral Technical

HR reached out after I applied online. Then I talked to two IT folks, one manager and one other IT person. It was mostly behavioral, like 'tell me about a time you...' They also asked about my major and classes since it was my first internship and I was heading into junior year. Some light, general technical questions came up too, like 'how would you debug a program,' and I gave broad answers.
