Occupational Therapist
I had an in-person interview where I met with the location's director and manager. They asked me questions, and then I got a tour of the facility. I also had the chance to ask them some questions.
- Can you describe your current experience and what you're looking for in this role?

The interview process was great, everyone was really nice. The questions were pretty standard and nothing unexpected came up. I got to see the facility and the specific unit I'd be working on. The hospital was super clean and people seemed happy there.

They didn't even know what role I applied for, which was kind of a red flag. It took them two weeks to get back to me, but then they told me I was hired.
