I had a phone chat with HR first. Then I went in person for interviews with the Director, and also met with some Internists and other Practice Supervisors. Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable. It was a good experience.

Behavioral Technical

It was a really long, draining, and stressful interview process. First, HR called for a quick phone chat. Then, there was another phone interview scheduled before a face-to-face meeting. Honestly, it felt like a complete waste of my time, and I definitely won't apply there again. I still haven't heard back about whether the position was filled.

I had interviews with the Director, CEO, Medical Directors, HR, and Hospital leadership. Some of these were phone interviews, and the rest were in person. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes, and they asked some very specific questions.
