First there was a quick phone chat. Then we exchanged emails. After that, I went in for an in-person interview with two interviewers. No offer was made then. There was one more step after the in-person.

The interview process was very quick and laid-back. I started with a recruiter chat, then met with my soon-to-be manager, and finally the CEO/COO. It was all really pleasant, and we mainly talked about the company's future and how to improve it.

It was a good experience. I went to a nice office and spoke with the program director. We discussed my previous work experiences and they asked about other things I've done according to my resume.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I met with two of the assistant directors at their main office in Danvers. Parking was tough, even though they had two large lots, I had to park down the street because both lots were full. Our interview took place in a comfortable community room right next to the lobby and the interviewers were both very nice and informative. They started off asking me questions about myself and why I was interested in the position. After that, the interview transitioned to a conversational tone in which they thoroughly explained how the program worked. The interview lasted approximately an hour. I would suggest arriving at least 20 minutes early because parking was difficult to find.
