First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at North Texas Tollway Authority.
Customer Service Representative
I got a call from HR, then I had to go in for two onsite interviews, and finally they gave me an offer over the phone. The panel was really nice and talked with me the whole time during both sessions.
- Can you tell me what you know about our company?
Contract Specialist
Got asked a lot of questions by four interviewers. Each one asked some questions. It was different when I was staff and interviewing people, we only asked three questions.
- What is your motivation for this position?
Communications Specialist
I had my first interview virtually with my future manager, and it went pretty well. The second interview, though, was a whole thing – it was long and included a panel interview, one-on-ones, and then a skills assessment that honestly felt like it took forever. Also, the office seemed pretty disorganized.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Human Resources
This was the strangest and least professional interview I've ever experienced. The interviewer spoke for about 10 minutes about the company. They asked a couple of vague questions, like "something like that" and "you know," and they didn't make much sense. There wasn't any time for me to ask questions because they were in a rush and wanted to end the call quickly. I decided to remove myself from consideration for this role because it would involve working with this person, and I didn't want that kind of stress.
- What can you tell me about your experience, stuff like that?
- How would you handle X, stuff like that?
