First, I had a phone screening with HR, and then the manager reached out. After leaving them several messages, we finally set up an interview. We met at the main office, where I had to complete a long application and was asked strange scenario-based questions. I then met with two managers, which was already mentioned beforehand. Later, I had a scheduled appointment to visit the program and meet clients and staff. The programs themselves were in poor condition, smelled bad, and needed repairs.
