There were 3 interviews in total, starting with a Recruiter, then a District VP, and finally the Director of Development. These interviews were conducted in person (on campus), over the phone, and via Skype, respectively. For an internship, they're really focused on understanding your attitude and outlook, rather than your technical background.

  • Regarding the personality test, which answer do you think employers would prefer to hear?
