Behavioral Presentation

Started with a phone screen, then had 3 more interviews and an online test. The last interview involved presenting my business plan to show how I'd grow my client base. It wasn't too hard.

After applying and getting a potential leg up due to being a Longhorn, there was an initial phone interview that was about fifteen minutes long. The recruiter helped to set up an in-office interview. Upon arrival, I watched two videos and was given some reading material about women in the workforce. Then, I met with a gentleman who asked me questions about my future goals and what I hoped to gain, and he also talked a lot about the company. After that, I met with another gentleman who asked a few more laid-back questions. The recruiter then said she'd email me about feedback. Later, I received an email with positive feedback and a request to meet with the 'big guy' in a month. The email also suggested I interview with other firms to compare. Finally, I met with the top executive who discussed future opportunities and wanted me to meet my potential mentor in Houston. After meeting the mentor, I received an internship offer with training starting in January.

Behavioral Technical Case

It was a multi-stage interview process with two senior members from NSRG. They asked a series of basic questions and also gave a long P300 exercise. It took more effort than usual for a job, but they were just making sure you could succeed in the role. They want the hire to be good for the company and for you.
