They asked me to submit a writing sample first. I was given three prompts to answer, focusing on problem-solving. Looking back, I see it wasn't just about problem-solving but also about my writing skills overall, since a big part of the job is writing detailed reports.

After submitting your resume, HR will contact you for a timed written assessment if you qualify. If your assessment is good, HR will call again to set up a video interview. They mentioned applying way ahead of time is not ideal since things move fast and they can't hold positions for long, so I was told to call when ready to start soon. The virtual interview had about 12 questions with 2 interviewers asking and typing my answers. Passing this means a job offer!

First, there was an initial screen, then an assessment. I was ghosted for weeks, with no one responding. Then I was told I was sent the wrong assessment and had to do it again. After that, I met with managers who were nice, but then I was ghosted again.

First, I had a Microsoft Word and Excel test, then a quick chat with an HR person. It was a casual "get to know you" type of interview that was actually pretty good and helpful. The second interview was with two department heads and didn't go so well. I'm not sure if they were over it or just having a bad day, but they were both quite unpleasant. One seemed bored while the other glared at me reading questions from a list. Neither of them cracked a smile. I get that it's not about making friends, but a little basic politeness would have been nice. Maybe they shouldn't be the ones doing the interviewing.
