I interviewed for a Senior Consulting position at North Highland and felt a strong alignment with the role and company. The phone screen with the recruiter went well, and I was told I would receive feedback within 48 hours. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. If you speak with a candidate, it’s only professional and respectful to let them know if they are not moving forward in the process. That didn't happen here.

Case Behavioral Presentation

It was pretty simple. First, there was a competence check, then a case study, and finally, I interviewed with a senior person about my motivations, interest in the industry, and some role-playing scenarios. The main bummer was that they mentioned visa sponsorship upfront but then retracted it when they offered me the job.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was a straightforward, three-step process. First, there was a one-hour scenarios-based interview with one of the north highland employees who has a similar role. Second, a case study interview, which was new but enjoyable as it makes you think out of the box. You will be given a case study where you need to evaluate and answer several questions. During this interview, you will be presenting your answers to one of the interviewers, and they will assess your candidacy. Third, an interview with the Executive, half an hour to evaluate your culture fit. Please prepare multiple questions to ask your interviewers to help you determine if the company fits your criteria.
