So basically, there wasn't any initial phone screen or anything like that. It went straight to an in person interview with the VP of Enrollment after an initial email contact. After we all interviewed in person, they let us know that everyone would get a response about whether they were moving forward or not. I haven't heard anything back from the college since then, and it's been over a month.

I applied online and got a call about two months later to set up an interview. Then I had a Zoom interview with about 13 people, though only 3 were really asking questions. I didn't get a call back for a second interview and haven't heard anything back from HR or the committee in almost a year.

I applied on their website. Then they set up an in-person interview with a graduate assistant. This person is a student worker for the center for student success and is getting their masters. They are usually pretty chill and get where you're coming from since they just finished their undergrad at the school. You might also meet the program head, but she's also pretty nice and relaxed. The interview isn't tough. Just be ready for questions about why you want the job and any past tutoring experience you have. They might even ask fun questions like what drink you'd be and why.

It was a round robin of questions where they showed me a screenshot of faculty material and asked how I would handle, evaluate, and improve it. Three interviewers were there. I got to ask questions too. They also reviewed my resume and asked about my experience using and building within Canvas.
