First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at North Central Bronx Hospital.
Hospital Volunteer
The interview process was pretty fast and to the point. It felt a bit intimidating, but it was fair. They mostly asked about my character and what kind of worker I am, not really about my past work experience. This was actually good because I could talk about my strengths without the usual interview stuff.
- What skills can you bring to our department?
Social Worker
Had a phone interview then an in person meeting. The staff were professional, direct, and informative. They called to confirm I was still interested and explained what would happen next.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment at NCB?
Account Executive
The hiring process was super fast, which was great. I applied, and then the next week I got a call. The week after that, I had another interview, and then they offered me the job. It was much quicker than typical hospital jobs which take ages.
- Where do you see yourself in the future?
Dietary Aide
I applied and got a call back in about two weeks to interview. There were two interviews and I had to pass a background check since it's a city job.
