The interview process was easy, not difficult at all. I was referred by an employee, which helped facilitate the process. Questions included things like what are career goals and aspirations, why you applied, and what your strengths are.

The process started with a general interview where the professor asked why I should be hired, without delving into my programming or engineering skills. After being hired, I completed tax paperwork and submitted it to HR. My main responsibilities involved accurately entering my work hours and ensuring timely approval from the director. Consistent performance and timely submission of hours led to bonuses and opportunities for additional hours from my professor.
