I had a video interview with Alex Hayman where we talked about salary and the company's values. They asked me why I wanted to go into primary care and my long-term goals. Afterwards, I went to the East Cobb office to see the facilities, but there weren't really any interview questions there.

The job was advertised as a front office coordinator but it was really just a receptionist job, which I thought was misleading. They claim to have over 14 locations and make millions in revenue, but they aren't willing to pay fairly. I was also told there's no real opportunity for advancement. The office manager has been there since the 90s and seems like she would be threatened by someone educated and eager to grow in the healthcare admin field.
