Great process, had five separate interviews. Recruiter was very engaged and responsive. There was testing involved. It took about three weeks from the interviews to getting an offer. You gotta be patient waiting for more responses though. The recruiter is super busy and don’t let their responses put you off. The recruiter was really an advocate for me, super honest and knew their stuff.

Recruiter reached out based on my resume. I had a quick 10-15 min phone screen about my background and experience. Then, I got an assessment the same day and passed it by the next morning. The recruiter called the day after with my results and set up an interview with the hiring manager for two days later. The hiring manager and the floor manager were on the video call for about 45 mins. The next day, I got an email for an HR interview, and then an offer came through 3 days after that.

The interviews were fine. The people I spoke with seemed nice and the questions were not unexpected. I was excited about the job. The odd part was walking thru the work area. No one looked up from their computers. No one smiled or greeted me. They just stared straight ahead. No one was walking around or consulting with a co-worker. Everyone just sat at their desk and stared at their computers with blank or slightly pissed looks on their faces. I stood by someone's desk waiting for the HR rep and the person just looked straight ahead at their computer and pretended not to notice me, even though they side eye glanced at me. Even walking thru the break room, there was no one talking to each other. It's hard to describe but it seemed like some type of police state. No one seemed happy and it gave me a bad feeling about working there.

Best interview process ever! From beginning to end Terri initiated and kept constant contact throughout the whole process even after I was hired. It was the usual phone interviews and testing on your abilities and personality but it was more indepth. It wasnt only question and answers, it was conversational dialog that allowed me to express my true self. They really try to get to know you as a person and understand what you are trying to achieve in your career. And especially since for me I'm new to the industry, they saw the drive and determination I had to pursue this new career.
