The interview process was efficient and professional until the very end. I went through a phone interview, a video interview, and then an in-person interview. After these stages, I expected to hear about the job offer, but I was ghosted. I followed up with the recruiter two days after the expected decision date, and she claimed she hadn't heard from the hiring manager. This happened on a Friday, and the hiring manager was going on vacation the following week. I never received any further communication. I really liked the people I met and the company's values, but I'm glad I dodged a bullet if they can't even be professional enough to notify candidates. I want to share this to warn others about how they ruined an otherwise positive experience.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was great. I did not feel nervous and I felt that the interview was conducted very professionally. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and talk to. I could tell in just one visit to the office that I would not only enjoy the job but I would also enjoy the people I may get to work with. Everyone seems very productive and seem to help each other out when needed. They are a team and I am excited to be a part of it!

The interview went fine, I spoke with the office manager and the talent coordinator. They asked a bunch of typical questions. The very next day, the talent coordinator called me with an offer. Turns out the office manager had already given the job to someone else, which was super awkward. Luckily I hadn't quit my last job yet. The talent coordinator apologized a lot and even suggested another role I didn't want or a position in another district, but it was still a disappointing experience overall.

It was a very straightforward interview and the interviewer was very kind and respectful. I felt at ease and welcomed. She asked me about my experience and what to expect while working. She also explained all the job duties and took the time to explain everything in detail. I was also told I can be trained more even with my experience. I recommend this company.
