After passing the initial phone screen, I proceeded to the first interview conducted via Teams. I was informed that the decision for the next interview round would be made the following Tuesday. I sent a thank you email after the interview. I then followed up by email the next Wednesday but received no reply. It's unfortunately quite unprofessional these days.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

You'll usually apply online or get referred by someone. First, a recruiter might call or video chat to see if you're a good fit and what your motivations are. Then, there's a technical test for basic accounting and email skills. After that, you'll have one-on-one chats with hiring managers or team leads about your current role and accounting knowledge. Some folks might get a case study or presentation to show off problem-solving and analysis. Finally, a last interview to chat about behavior and if you'll fit in.

The interview process was well-organized and engaging. It started with IQ tests, followed by an online interview where I was recorded, and concluded with an in-person interview. The team was professional and approachable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. At no point did I feel like they were trying to catch me out; instead, they seemed genuinely interested in assessing my skills and potential fairly. Overall, it was a positive experience that left me with a good impression of the company and its culture.

So there were two rounds in total. The first one was all about my work history and personal stuff. Then the second interview focused on technical skills, but honestly, they weren't really related to what the job posting was asking for. They brought up a lot of solutions that had nothing to do with security.
