Intern
It was a kind of relaxed interview, felt like just chatting about what I like, my ideas, and what I can do. We talked about the kinds of projects I'd be involved in and how to work with people from different fields. The people interviewing me seemed experienced, more like associates than entry-level staff.

Landscape Designer
They wanted to know about my background and education, and we went over some of my past projects. They asked me about my ideal project and my reasons for choosing Phoenix for an internship.
- What constitutes a dream project for you, and what aspects would you be keen to help design?
Brand Strategist
I applied and got a call from them within 24 hours. My virtual interview was the next day. Then, I had an in-office interview within 48 hours after that. Over the weekend, I got an offer on Monday. It was a 7-10 day process.
