I spoke with an HR Rep. who wrongly stated the job qualifications. I confirmed multiple times if I met the minimum requirements. When the interview was over, I went back to the HR Rep. and they acted like I was in the wrong.

Got contacted by a third-party recruiter. About two weeks later, they set up a Webex interview. I got a list of interviewers, but the hiring manager didn't show up. Three people asked me general questions, but the Webex quality was so bad I could barely see them, especially one guy whose lighting was really off. In the end, I didn't even get a response from the recruiter about the job. Not sure I'd apply again.

After talking to a rep at a university career fair, I got a call later that day for an interview the next morning. It was a one-on-one interview where the interviewer seemed to be assessing my confidence and interest in leadership. He made me feel comfortable and explained the next steps. He encouraged me to apply online to take an online quiz. About a week after applying, I received a link for a quiz that felt like SAT questions mixed with scenario-based questions related to the position. A week after that, HR contacted me about moving forward. I had to watch an online presentation on a set date. Then, I was flown to ATL for interviews with an engineer and another intern representative. The whole process took about 30 days. I was offered a Structures Engineer Intern position, which was different from what I initially applied for. While it was a great experience with a seemingly great company, I was concerned about the potential for long hours (60+ per week) in a role I wasn't as interested in.
